I am a self-motivated Compensation and Benefits Manager with a wide range of experience within the Payroll and related areas including payroll system implementation (Workday, Resource Link and DEEL). I have proven leadership skills, involving Supervising, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. Dedicated to maintaining high standards and do what ever it takes to meet any deadlines. In 2018 I was awarded Individual Charted Status in my profession and in 2024 The Rewards Strategy top 300 payrollers in the UK and in 2020 CIPP Payroll Manager of the year

2018 was one of my greatest achievements was been elected by the membership to the Board of Directors of the CIPP .
