My main passion is Payroll, with a small but adequate amount of HR & Rewards, then a lot of Pensions thrown in to the mix. I thrive on the ever-constant process improvement or digitisation of HR & Payroll system Projects and there is never any harm in reviewing working practices, for that cheeky little procedural improvement along the way.
I have many years of experience in Payroll & Pension Management. I have many tools in my arsenal (but confirm that's not the football team I support) and am highly skilled in People Management, that I will sadly admit to loving that part of my job, far too much!
Sector knowledge includes transportation, Local Government, private and public Education sectors, advertising, motor trade, manufacturing, engineering and retail, as well as large scale client payrolls.
I have also been a chair of governors at a school for about 15 years, just in case work didn't keep me busy enough.
