Julie Northover

Julie has decades of experience in the payroll profession. She is a former CIPD Student of the Year, obtained the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professional (CIPP) Diploma in Payroll Management in 2002, and is also a Chartered Member of the CIPP. Julie has been included in the list of Reward 300 “Top 50 Payroll Influencers” for the last nine years and has judged our Awards since 2016.  

Julie runs her own Payroll Bureau Service for a small number of elite clients, and she teaches payroll on behalf of the largest payroll training providers in the UK.  She teaches a broad spectrum of learners from senior management to entry level.

Julie also provides consultancy services to assist organisations with a wide variety of compliance and best practice concerns, as well as offering personalised payroll health checks.
