Katie has worked in Payroll & Reward since leaving school, and she now specialises in the bureau sector and advising clients on how to secure and improve their technology and processes to best serve their employees. 

For over 4 years now, Katie has been at Forvis Mazars accountancy firm as Head of UK Payroll Services working with the large national team of payroll experts. She is passionate about improving social mobility in the industry and enabling others to discover and own their personal brand.
