I have been in the payroll industry for 10+ years starting out with no experience or qualifications and learning the ropes of the NHS payroll! Payroll quickly became my passion. I realised it was something I was good at and could obtain a career through. My vision has always been striving to make a difference in the industry, showing individuals that Payroll care about their livelihoods and take pride in delivering accuracy. Throughout my career I have become more and more ambitious - my journey has been challenging and humbling at the same time. To be 33 years of age and experienced opportunities that I have been given through Payroll is truly something. My biggest goal, which I hope becomes my greatest achievement would be to inspire my team and others around me to the best that they can be and help them achieve all their wants and dreams along the way.
