Vickie Graham

Vickie joined the CIPP in 2003 as Marketing Administrator and has worked in a number of roles since then, leading up to her current position as Business Development Director responsible for leading the strategic direction of membership, policy, marketing, sales and events.

Through her role, Vickie is responsible for ensuring that the CIPP is visible within business and Government, as well as looking for new ways of delivering support and communications to CIPP members and the wider payroll and pensions community. Vickie’s role involves a great deal of environmental analysis and market research, all of which are enhanced through utilising social media platforms and professional networking.

Vickie has worked within the payroll industry for nearly 20 years and is passionate about raising the profile of payroll, embracing new technologies and opportunities to enable payroll to become a more strategic function within business.
