Reward Strategy is delighted to announce the winners of this year’s Incentive Awards, celebrating outstanding achievements in the rewards and incentives industry
The gala evening, held at Church House, Westminster on 3rd October showcased the best and brightest in the field, recognising both businesses and individuals for their innovative approaches and significant contributions to the sector.
Opening the event was Shard Financial Media’s Ioana Damu, followed by host Irish comedian Keith Farnan who humoured attendees through an evening of celebration and recognition.
Among the standout winners, Lenovo LEAP and Motivforce secured the award for Best Channel Partner Programme, impressing judges with their innovative combination of learning and gamification. Diggecard claimed the title of Best Gift Card Supplier, earning praise for their reliable systems and excellent customer support.
Merit Incentives continued their winning streak, taking home the award for Best Recognition & Reward Programme alongside Riyad Bank for their "Kafo" initiative. Judges were particularly impressed by the programme’s ability to achieve excellent results from the outset through instant rewards.
In the technology arena, Tillo stood out as the Best Industry Service Provider, while Motisha claimed the title of Best Technology Provider. Related & TAM Bank were celebrated for the Best Use of Technology in a Programme, showcasing impressive statistics for their new initiative.
Individual contributions to the field were also honoured, with Gethin Nadin of Benefex named as this year’s Industry Influencer, while Alex Preece from Tillo scooped the IMA Europe President’s Award. Tillo & Jigsaw was recognised as an Inspirational Place to Work, impressing judges with their focus on people and engagement.
A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the WiiN Global Award to Noha Gamal, acknowledging her significant role in growing the WiiN network and her passion for the industry.
The coveted Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Paul Ferreira, celebrating his remarkable four-decade career in the incentive industry. Ferreira was lauded for his talent in building lasting relationships, fostering innovation, and his foresight in embracing new technologies.

The evening was not only a celebration of industry excellence but also an opportunity for generosity. Attendees collectively raised £2168 for Shooting Star Children’s Hospices, continuing the awards’ tradition of giving back to the community.
