The conference, sponsored by the Income Group, is returning for the 18th year, on June 15 and 16 2023, alongside The Leadership Awards.

Hosted by Reward Strategy, the one-and-a-half day event will be packed with fascinating sessions and expert speakers, and will incorporate The Payroll Centre Annual Conference.

Payroll, reward and HR professionals along with employment lawyers and pension specialists will come together to learn and network at the CPD-accredited event.

Attendees will be treated to a series of riveting panel discussions and powerful solo sessions focusing on the top challenges, trends and updates to prepare you for what lies ahead in 2023.

On the main day, speakers will include Dommy Szymanska, Pay & Reward Manager of Europe at Stella McCartney, Heidi Watson, Senior Manager of Pay & Reward at Barnardos, Suzanne Foody, Reward & Benefits Manager at Signature Senior Lifestyle and many more.

Topics up for discussion will focus on the ever-changing workplace landscape, adapting in the payroll and rewards community, staff retention, flexible working and its benefits and drawbacks, along with sessions on pensions and employment law.

In the evening after the first day of the conference, we will be holding Reward Strategy’s first ever Leadership Awards, rewarding leadership as an action, not a position. People Pay are the proud sponsors of the Outstanding Leader in Payroll category.

The second day is available exclusively to The Payroll Centre’s members and will feature a roundtable on the National Minimum Wage and delve into holiday pay and its impacts on employers, and more.

The event branding has evolved to align with Reward Strategy, and incorporate the new Leadership Awards programme, entries to which are open until 3 March.
