The Reward 300 2019 and Individual Awards winners have been revealed at the The 10th Anniversary Reward 300 Gala Dinner & Awards, sponsored by Cintra HR & Payroll Services, in London.
In 2009, the Payroll Top 50 was launched to recognise the most influential individuals in the profession. Over the years, the remit of payroll has widened considerably. The function no longer focusses on technical tasks alone, but also strategic ones.
Therefore, the move into this wider space - known to be reward - has meant the make up of the index has also changed, and gradually become The Reward 300.
Congratulations to all of the individuals included on The Reward 300 2019 index, which can be found here.
This year marked the 10th anniversary of the index, and to mark this special occasion we evolved the recognition element to award the leading light from each of the seven sections of the index. Below you will find the winners:
Payroll Leader, sponsored by Cintra HR & Payroll Services
Richie Jones, Head of Global Payroll at Deliveroo
Reward Industry Luminary
Rosemary Lemon, Group Head of Reward at Hays
Knowledge and Professional Services Leader
Nick Day, Managing Director at JGA Recruitment
Pensions Expert, sponsored by EQGlobal
Ros Altmann, Former Pensions Minister
HR Leader, sponsored by JGA Recruitment
Luke Wilkins, Head of HR at Gett

At the event we raised more than £880, through a raffle, for our chosen charity, Welsh Women’s Aid.
The celebratory evening revealing the index and winners took place last night, June 5 at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel, London. It followed on from the first day of the Payroll & Reward Conference, headline sponsored by Western Union Business Solutions, at the same venue.
Members of The Reward 300 2019 can view their benefits, and much more, on the Reward 300 tab if they are logged on.
