REVEALED: The Rewards 2021 shortlist

This year The Rewards returns face-to-face once again on 7 December at the Hilton London Bankside.

Sponsored by Ceridian, The Payroll Centre and XpertHR, and supported by Mind Lambeth and Southwark, the long-awaited ceremony will take place on the same evening of the Reward & Payroll Summit.

For 2021, there are a range of accolades up for grabs including Customer Service Award, Best Manager Award, Global Payroll Award, Innovation Award and many more.

With so much change occurring in the past year regards diversity and inclusion initiatives, we have introduced the Diversity & Inclusion Award to recognise organisations’ efforts. Meanwhile, to celebrate new joiners who have made a real difference in their role, we have launched the Rising Star Award.

Finally, to commemorate how businesses tackled the global pandemic, employers will be honoured as part of the Crisis Management Award.

There are 19 categories in total for this year.
