Reward Strategy is delighted to announce Vickie Graham has joined the business, taking on the role of managing director.
Bringing with her more than two decades worth of experience in the world of reward and payroll, Graham will be tasked with driving the continued growth of tentpole events – including the Reward & Payroll Summit and The Rewards – as well as expanding Reward Strategy’s online offering, including continuing to build up its written content and a new suite of micro-events.
Reflecting on her appointment, she said: "I am excited to be joining Reward Strategy at a time when pay and reward have never been more important.
"With game-changing technology and changing demands in respect of what employers expect from their employees, now is a great time to work in pay and reward. I am looking forward to working with Luke, and the amazing team at Reward, to support the community of payroll and reward professionals in achieving their strategic goals."
Graham has become a household name in the reward and payroll sector, mainly thanks to her more than two decades at the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), where she rose from being a marketing administrator to becoming the trade body’s business development director.
In this role, she was responsible for raising the profile of the payroll, reward and pensions world – doing so by working closely with members and industry professionals. She also led all commercial aspects of the CIPP, including membership, training, and the Payroll Assurance Scheme, whilst developing the organisation’s marketing and business development strategies.
Luke Broadhurst, chief executive of Reward Strategy, said: "This is a seminal moment for pay and reward professionals with Vickie Graham joining Reward Strategy as MD. Vickie’s experience is second to none, with two decades rising through the ranks of the CIPP, while earning a position front and centre of the payroll profession itself.
"I look forward to working with and learning from Vickie while we elevate Reward Strategy to a position where it will help pay and reward professionals, and the supply side, serve their employees to the optimum level."
