Reward Strategy introduces the Leadership Awards 

The Leadership Awards will make its debut in 2023 and will reward and acknowledge the achievements of individuals in the industry.

The ceremony will boast a variety of awards across the reward, payroll, employee benefits, pensions, HR and employment law sectors.

Each of the awards will recognise the performance of people within their respective sector, and how they have actioned leadership within their role. 

In addition, the ceremony will also reward members within a supplier or bureau business.

The Leadership Awards marks the evolution of the Reward 300 Reveal & Awards, and will be taking place during the evening of the Payroll & Reward Conference in 2023. While the date will be confirmed in the coming weeks, the event welcomes submissions from all members of the pay and reward world. 

Entries will be open this autumn, and Reward Strategy will be using the following process: 

• Provide three key achievements/highlights for the judges to review in their evaluation of your entry, in no more than 100 words per each highlight.
• Describe in 500 words why you feel your nominated individual is worthy of this award.
