Save the date: Payroll & Reward Conference 2023

Reward Strategy and The Payroll Centre will come together again to host the conference and share valuable knowledge and expertise.

The one-and-a-half day event will be held in London on the 15^th June and 16th June 2023.

Heads of payroll and reward, HR directors, pensions and benefits specialists and employment lawyers will come together at the CPD-accredited event.

Attendees will be treated to a series of riveting panel discussions and powerful solo sessions focusing on the top challenges and trends we will likely be seeing as we head into 2023.

Topics up for discussion on the conference days will focus on the cost-of-living crisis, the ever-changing  workplace landscape, how to retain staff, flexible working and its benefits and drawbacks, along with pensions and employment law.

We will also be delving into the future of payroll and the latest technology, challenges payroll professionals will come up against for the year ahead, like loss of in-house talent and managing holiday pay, as well as cost-effective reward innovation.

In the evening after the first day of the conference, we will be holding Reward Strategy’s first ever Leadership Awards, celebrating leadership at all levels from small to large.
