The face-to-face event returns on 8 and 9 June this year, alongside The Reward 300 Reveal & Awards.

With more than 40 years’ combined experience, Reward Strategy and The Payroll Centre will come together to host the Payroll & Reward Conference

Taking place at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel, attendees will be given the chance to attend numerous panel discussions and solo sessions focusing on the top challenges and trends payrollers and reward professionals will likely be facing this year.

The CPD-accredited event will take a deep dive into topics such as international payroll, the gamification of rewards, how to manage a global workforce, changes in holiday pay and whether women are being left behind on financial rewards.

Plus, those in attendance will get the opportunity to network with other like-minded individuals, as well as industry leaders from across payroll and reward.

Cintra HR & Payroll has been named as the first sponsor of this year’s conference and The Reward 300 Reveal & Awards. If you’re interested in hearing about sponsorship opportunities, please reach out to commercial director, Ben Miller here

Reward 300

During the evening of the first day (8 June) The Reward 300 Reveal & Awards will return, which means that the Reward 300 nominations are now officially open.

The recognition programme began as the Payroll Top 50 in 2009, but has expanded over the years to better reflect the range of leading lights in payroll, HR, employee benefits, workplace pensions and associated sectors.

The process

To nominate a peer, please send across a 300-word entry explaining why the chosen individual deserves to be in the index. Individuals are also welcome to nominate themselves. This can be done here.

Entries must evident the individual has met at least one of the following criteria:

  • Shown a level of influence in their organisation or profession;
  • Demonstrated best practice;
  • Been recognised for their work (through award programmes, not necessarily Reward Strategy’s);
  • Helped to educate their peers, whether that be through content contributions, speaking at conferences or webinars, and so on;
  • Advocated the promotion of their profession.

Throughout the nomination process the editorial team will also ask for submissions from notable individuals it has kept track of, as well as recommendations from the industry.

Nominations will close on 18 March.

More details on the conference and ticket prices are available here.
