Tech and digital brands lead the way, from Adobe and Meta to Immediate Media Company.
The best places to work in the UK have been revealed, with brands in digital and tech leading the way.
Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Awards featured the likes of AND Digital, Salesforce, Immediate Media Company and Adobe.
Winners are ranked based on their overall rating achieved during the last year using a five-point scale, with five being very satisfied.
Commenting on the results, Christian Sutherland-Wong, chief executive officer (CEO) of Glassdoor, noted that this year’s list of employers have been able to successfully understand the wants and needs of their workforce.
“The world of work is rapidly evolving, fueled by the pandemic and now millions of workers reevaluating their expectations of employers. This year’s best places to work winners are leading the way by listening and responding to employee feedback and reimagining the employee experience to truly put their people first,” he said.
“It’s inspiring to see these employers step up during the pandemic to expand and grow company cultures where employees feel supported and valued in and out of work. Congratulations to all of this year’s Employees’ Choice Award winners.”
